Reunion Support Available

Alumni Association volunteers can support class reunion organizers in numerous ways. And it all starts by connecting with the Association’s Reunion Co-ordinator. We can work with reunion organizing teams to help provide them with the resources they need to hold successful reunions. Reunion teams can also send input about additional ways the Alumni Association can support them.

There are many reunion organizing tips and tricks available on the Alumni website. (Click here.) Here are some examples of Resources Available to Reunion Organizers:

1. Provide you with a list from our website directory of all your classmates who have registered with us.

 2. Send bulk emails to your classmates on our email list.

3. Cross-promote reunions via our website, social media accounts, and newsletter.

4. Publish your reunion photos on the Alumni website and save in the Archives.

5. Make available bulk purchases of certain Alumni Store items (eg VHS pins, pens, nylon bags) for your ‘guest swag’ handouts.

6. Provide ordering details for custom VHS-logo’d chocolates.  Landed unit cost – approximately $1.35.

 7. Arrange for an Alumni Pop-Up Store at your reunion, including door prize donation(s).

8. Provide Alumni rep at your reunion with brief updates about Alumni activities.

9. Share Vic High’s ‘wish list’ if you choose to fundraise as part of your reunion, or donate profits for something the school needs.
