What we’re all about
Vic High was founded in 1876, and is the oldest public high school west of Manitoba and north of San Francisco.
Members of the Vic High Alumni Association graduated from this very special place with great memories, great friendships and great hopes for the future. Now they show their appreciation by donating their time to support current students.
Our volunteers raise funds for student excellence awards, scholarships, and bursaries, and for school amenities. We fund and manage the Vic High Archives and Museum to preserve Vic High history, and we connect alumni with Vic High and each other through this website and regular newsletters. Volunteers also organize and support class reunions and major events.
All former Vic High students and current and former staff can belong to the Victoria High School Alumni Association. Membership is free, so if you went to Vic High, or if you work there now or did in the past, there’s no reason not to join!
