The Class of ’79 held its 30 Year Reunion on August 22, 2009, at a hobby farm! Over 100 class members attended for a great day outside in the sunshine. A BBQ event (supplied by the Lions Club) offered lots of food including burgers, salmon, salads and many desserts, as well as beer kegs and flowing wine. There was line dancing (outdoors of course), a slideshow of former reunions, and photo displays. Many attendees commented that this was the best reunion so far, thanks to the more casual environment. We had so much fun that we’ve had requests to organize a get-together annually!
