The current VHSAA constitution and bylaws, updated in 2017, were created many years ago and are in need of updating. The proposed constitution and bylaws reflect modern standards to better support the current requirements of the Societies Act and the VHSAA.

A Special General Meeting will be held, open to all registered members of the Victoria High School Alumni Association, where approval of the updated bylaws and constitution by a 2/3 majority is required.
